Collectopark is a subsidiary of the Isaac Eilat International Collection Law Group. Founded in 1983, the group is dedicated to the global collection of consumer and commercial debts.

The company was established specifically in order to solve a long standing problem and provide Municipalities, Local Councils, Traffic Police Authorities, Parking Operators, Toll Operators and Rental Companies with a viable way to gather fines from overseas residents.
